Marleno leads the day-to-day life of our community houses, bringing a warm, practical approach to shared living. Drawing on a background in direct support, team coordination, and education, Marleno is dedicated to building a welcoming space where residents can connect and support one another. By focusing on clear communication, mutual respect, and the daily care of the house, Marleno works to create a sense of belonging and community for everyone who lives here.

Social Worker

Orsalia leads with dedication and advocacy, ensuring that residents’ voices are heard and their rights are protected. She takes a firm but compassionate stance, pushing for systemic change while providing direct, individualised support.

Managing Director

Milo leads with strategic vision and boundless energy, always pushing the team to move forward while staying true to our principles. He brings a sharp awareness of the broader landscape and ensures Mazí remains proactive and resilient.

Co-director 

Cosmo leads with patience and calm, ensuring that decisions are thoughtful and grounded. He understands that lasting change begins on the ground and fosters a steady approach to strategy, governance and programme design.
