Kazem leads the delivery of our community-based housing programme, fostering understanding and shared responsibility. As someone who has personal experience of the asylum system in Greece, Kazem also knows first hand the kinds of challenges our residents face.

Social Worker

Orsalia leads with dedication and advocacy, ensuring that residents’ voices are heard and their rights are protected. She takes a firm but compassionate stance, pushing for systemic change while providing direct, individualised support.

Managing Director

Milo leads with strategic vision and boundless energy, always pushing the team to move forward while staying true to our principles. He brings a sharp awareness of the broader landscape and ensures Mazí remains proactive and resilient.

Co-director 

Cosmo leads with patience and calm, ensuring that decisions are thoughtful and grounded. He understands that lasting change begins on the ground and fosters a steady approach to strategy, governance and programme design.
