Rent
Rent is Mazí's bread and butter: give a month of rent and keep roofs overhead.
€2,000 a month feeds 24 people. Help us get there.
We’re aiming to raise €2,000 per month in regular donations. That covers the monthly food budget for 24 residents.
This budget means full kitchens: onions, potatoes, eggs, pasta.
Enough food to remove scarcity. Enough to cook together. Enough to sit and eat as a household.
It also lets us run basic nutrition and cooking sessions for young men who have never had the opportunity to learn.
Stable food. Shared meals. More choices.

Work with us
We're a small, hands-on team building safe, community-based housing for displaced young men in Athens. The work is relational and often unglamorous: sitting in house meetings, holding boundaries with care, being a steady adult in a young person's life. We care about doing it well.
Everything we do comes back to two things: creating safety, and maximising the choices our residents have ahead of them. If that's work you want to do, we'd like to hear from you.

Community Housing Lead
Athens · Full-time · up to €22,000 a year
The Community Housing Lead stewards the spaces where our residents live, keeping our apartments safe, predictable and participatory, facilitating house meetings, and building trust 1:1. It's relational work at its core. You'll bring a background in youth work, social work, community development or similar, experience facilitating groups (not just 1:1), and English + Greek.
